In our building at Nebelhornstrasse 14, there are three apartments on the ground floor. Two apartments are located on the upper floor.
One of these apartments is used as a shared apartment.
Due to the connection to the local public transport system (the railway-station is just a 2 mins walk away) the location is perfect for students, yong professionals and perfect for fitters who have orders in the surrounding area.

What we offer
We offer a fully furnished room in a 4-person shared flat in Stuttgart-Untertürkheim, Nebelhornstrasse 14.
In addition to the offered price (cold rent), there are flat-rate additional costs.
A washing machine is available to all tenants at no additional cost. WiFi is also provided free of charge!
S-Bahn and U-Bahn are just a few minutes' walk away. Mercedes Benz is also within walking distance.
Short distances: With the S1 about 10 minutes to the main station/city center. About 20 minutes to the University (Campus Vaihingen).
The shared flat consists of four rooms, a kitchen (with oven, stove, dishwasher, microwave and two fridges with freezer compartment) and two bathrooms - each with a toilet and shower. In addition, each room has its own sink.
